SBR rubber sheeting is manufactured from a blend of natural and styrene-butadiene rubber SBR .
Insertion rubber is commonly used in general purpose applications and can be purchased by the roll, manufactured into sleeves, or cut to suit your specific requirements into gaskets using our CNC machining technology. Fabric reinforced rubber sheet (insertion rubber) is also available.

Uses of SBR Rubber Sheets
Industrial Flooring: SBR rubber sheets are often used for durable flooring in factories, warehouses, and gyms due to their slip resistance and shock absorption.
Gaskets and Seals: They are commonly used to manufacture gaskets and seals in various machinery and equipment, providing a reliable barrier against leaks.
Automotive Parts: SBR rubber is used in producing automotive components, such as tires, weather stripping, and bumpers.
Conveyor Belts: These rubber sheets can be used in the construction of conveyor belts in industries that require the transport of materials.
Padding and Mats: SBR rubber sheets are used to create padding and mats for sports, exercise, and playground equipment, providing cushioning and protection.
Soundproofing: The sound-dampening properties of SBR rubber make it useful for soundproofing applications in buildings and machinery.
Chemical Resistance: SBR rubber sheets can withstand certain chemicals, making them suitable for use in laboratories and manufacturing processes.
