Butyl Reclaim Rubber is a type of recycled rubber made from old butyl rubber products, like inner tubes and industrial rubber scraps. By reclaiming this rubber, we help reduce waste and save natural resources, making it a greener choice for manufacturers.

Key Benefits:

  • Eco-Friendly: Reclaimed rubber cuts down on pollution and landfill waste, helping the planet
  • Cost-Effective: Using reclaim rubber can save money compared to fresh rubber, making it a great budget option.
  • Strong and Flexible: Butyl reclaim rubber is durable and has high elasticity, meaning it can bend and stretch without breaking.
  • Water and Air Tight: It keeps air and water from passing through, making it great for products that need to be sealed, like tubes and rubber stoppers.

Uses:

Butyl reclaim rubber is widely used in products like tires, conveyor belts, rubber mats, and even sports equipment! It’s an excellent choice for industries looking to balance performance and sustainability.

Production Process

The Butyl scrap is collected from a network of approved suppliers and is further segregated from foreign contamination to ensure only the Butyl material is taken for reclaiming. The entire process is divided into two phases. In the first phase, the scrap is passed through a number of stages to ensure that it is free of contaminants.

In second phase the material is depolymerized and filtered with screens from 60 to 100 Mesh for removing metal impurities through straining process and then further refined for crushing the rubber granules by the means of refining process with high quality rubber refiners to get the original depolymerized Butyl reclaim rubber at the end.
